At your consultation, your medical history will be reviewed along with all of your goals and concerns. To best be prepared we will ask you to bring a list of any medications and supplements that you are taking as well as the doses of each. For most services, we will require labs to be done. We offer discounted lab prices if done in our office but if you have insurance, we are happy to give you an outside lab order to use at a different facility that will bill your insurance. Our providers have a sizeable skillset and offer customized treatment plans for your health based on your labs, medical history, symptoms and goals.
